It was a young and angry summer
A song that changed my mind
I heard it on the radio
And if everyone else heard this
They wouldn’t be so sad
It was the best I ever had

Make a true difference in the world we’re living in. America is worried about the money we’re spending, while others in Uganda wake up with hopes of simply living through the day. Those few bucks you have in your wallet for your next pack of cigarettes could save somebody’s life. Whether it’s 10 cents or 10 dollars, anything will make some sort of an impact.
Your brothers and sisters need you. End the tyranny and stand up for humanity. We haven’t lost everything yet. Let your compassion show.

You felt alone before you ever really knew
How alone you were
An empty house, a lonely room
The TV talks the fear right out of you
But you feel like someone’s standing by
:)
I’m so scared, I just can’t go anymore
I keep patching my roof up
Still, the rain falls on my side of the door
Now my hardwood floor
It swells and it moans like it hurts
And when night comes around
I can hear it pray to the earth
